An annual celebration of the Cape Vincent’s French roots takes place over two days the second weekend in July. The festival has a plethora of traditional foods and a multitude of attractions. A parade led by Napoleon highlights French culture in the North Country followed by a French Mass given at the St. Vincent of Paul church.
